Welcome to imenfootwear.lk. To use our site, you must agree to these terms of use. They contain legal information that you should read carefully, including the terms of sale that apply when you buy something through the site.
Acceptance of terms of use
Imenfootwear Pvt Ltd, trading as i-Men Footwear (“imenfootwear.lk”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operates the website www.imenfootwear.lk, including its mobile version (the “Site”). By using the Site and the services offered through it, you agree to these terms of use and our privacy policy (together, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, stop accessing the Site and do not use any service offered through it.
Permitted users
The Site lets you browse i-Men shoes and order them for delivery in Sri Lanka or pickup in Dematagoda. You agree that:
- You are at least 16 years of age.
- You have the authority to create a binding legal obligation.
- Your use of the Site will at all times comply with this Agreement.
- If you create an account, you may create only one account, for your personal or business use.
- You may only make genuine purchases.
- You must safeguard your password and supervise the use of your account.
- You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all the information you give us.
Availability of the Site
There may be interruptions in service or events beyond our control. While we use reasonable efforts to keep the Site accessible, it may be unavailable from time to time for any reason, including routine maintenance. We keep the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service or access to anyone, or to any account, at any time and for any reason.
Ownership of the Site
The content and information on this Site, and the infrastructure used to provide it, belong to us or our partners. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or re-sell any information, software or services obtained from or through the Site.
Your conduct on our Site
All use of the Site must be lawful and comply with this Agreement. The following are not allowed:
- Submitting inaccurate information, committing fraud or falsifying information in connection with your account or orders.
- Accessing data not intended for you, or an account you are not authorised to access.
- Scanning or testing the security of the Site, or breaching its security or authentication measures, without authorisation.
- Tampering or interfering with the Site or service to any user, including by submitting a virus or overloading the Site.
- Using the Site or its content to advertise or solicit for any other commercial, political or religious purpose.
- Using any customer information from the Site for any commercial purpose, including marketing.
- Ordering for speculative, false or fraudulent purposes.
- Accessing, monitoring or copying content from the Site using automated means or a manual process without our express written permission.
- Taking any action that places an unreasonable load on our servers or other infrastructure.
- Acting illegally or maliciously against the business interests or reputation of i-Men Footwear.
Creating an account
You do not need an account to order. If you create one, you are solely responsible for managing it, and it cannot be transferred, sold or shared. If you break these limits, we may close your account. If you commit fraud or falsify information in connection with the Site or your account, your account will be closed immediately, and we keep the right to take legal action.
Terms of sale
Prices are shown in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) and are the prices at the time you place your order. Orders are subject to stock availability. If something you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you.
Delivery options, delivery charges and the available payment methods are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Discounts and coupon codes apply only as described with each offer and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Wholesale orders start from 30 pieces and are subject to the terms we agree with you separately.
Cancellations, exchanges, returns and refunds are covered by our returns and exchanges policy.
Changes to this Agreement
We may change any part of this Agreement at any time. If we make changes that materially affect your use of the Site, we will tell you by email or by posting a notice on the Site. Changes will not apply to orders placed before that date. Your use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Agreement.
Copyright and trademarks
Everything on this Site is our property or is used with permission. Copying, distributing, transmitting or otherwise changing this Site without our express written permission is not allowed, and may lead to civil or criminal penalties. The Site’s contents are protected by copyright under the laws of Sri Lanka. You may download, print or save copyrighted material for your personal use only.
The i-Men name and logo are the property of Imenfootwear Pvt Ltd. Other trademarks on the Site remain the exclusive property of their owners.
Disclaimer of warranty
You expressly agree that use of this Site is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Imenfootwear Pvt Ltd nor its employees, agents, content providers or licensors warrant that use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error free, or make any warranty as to the results of using the Site or the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any information on it, including product descriptions. The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Websites of others
The Site contains links to websites run by other parties, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. These links are for your convenience only. If you decide to visit them, you do so at your own risk.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Imenfootwear Pvt Ltd and its directors, officers, employees and agents from all claims and expenses, including lawyers’ fees, arising out of any use of the Site in breach of this Agreement.
Termination
We may end this Agreement at any time, and may immediately end or suspend your account if we consider your conduct unacceptable or if you break this Agreement.
Choice of law
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
Additional disclosures
No waiver of any breach is a waiver of any earlier or later breach. Section headings are for convenience only. If a court holds any provision invalid, the rest of this Agreement continues in full force and effect.
